Cannot enable Index Defragmentation from Polling settings page

I have checked INDEX DEFRAGMENTATION checkbox under Polling Settings and when hit Submit button nothing happens, it's like not clickable. Tried that with admin account and other admin account, still same thing. Is there another way to enable it? We are using Orion platform 2020.2.6 and Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (SP2-CU17) (KB5001092) - 13.0.5888.11 (X64).

Strange, can you change other settings on that page? Have you tried just another web browser?

No, I can't change other settings and tried several browsers and OS.
