Hyper-V changes Volume Name of Drives when moving from one host to another, HELP!!!

I've noticed when a Hyper-V Server changes Hosts, the volumes names change.

When that happens Orion doesn't automatically start monitoring the new volume since the name changed.

Is there a way to set NPM to alert when the Hyper-V Host changes? Or look up Historically when a Host changed?

Is there a way to keep monitoring the HD if the Volume Name changes? (ie C:\ LABEL: Serial Number >> C:\ LABEL: New Serial Number)
