API integration between Orion and SNOW failing - Failed to execute HTTP request.

API issue creating SNOW tickets. Nothing being created on ORION ALERTS. This is not an Orion issue but a API Config / Authentication issue

We have lost the API integration between Orion and SNOW. There is no change at Orion end except the monthly patches. I can successfully telnet the service-now prod link from Orion server on port 443
