I have 3 Ironport devices, one M170 and 2 ESA's.
They are all downloading but mostly useless as NCM randomly inserts a space here and there, so the comparison report is blown way up. It would also fail as a restore file.
I worked with support for months now and dev's involved. I am just wondering if anyone else struggles here?
Another important finding, is when we download WITH tracing turned on to try to get more data, tehre is no space inserted....so dev's can't really see what is happening, but we can't leave tracing on b/c then most other config downloads will fail.
I have verified with logging a putty connection, that there is no space inserted when I do the showconfig command and hold the spacebar down to skip to end.
