I need a way for a group of users to Mute and Unmanage (and Schedule such) on large numbers of servers, but without access to the Manage Nodes page.
The Manage Nodes page only comes up if you have the ability to Edit a node - which we are limiting only to Admins, since it provides access to Shut Down and Reboot the servers.
However, I have Super Users who control maintenance windows and deploys to the servers, who commonly Mute or Unmanage those servers during the maintenance windows. And they can still do the Mute and Unmanage but only a single server-by-server basis on each Node Details page, which is too cumbersome to do for a set of dozens or hundreds of servers.
They previously had access as Admins, and could search for multiple servers on the Manage Nodes page, and use the Maintenance option to schedule windows on many servers at once. But we need them to not have the ability to reboot or shutdown those servers, so we took away Edit Nodes permission from their group.
Is there a happy medium? A page I'm overlooking, where they could search for multiple nodes and either mute or unmanage them all at once, other than the Manage Nodes page?
