I have three groups setup in AD for different levels of access into Orion so when people are hired the IDM team just has to add a user to a group and they can get access into Solarwinds.
If I add users to any of these groups after they were initially created and synced users cannot login at all.
I had this issue in the past and it I thought it was tied to a UPN account issue but that is not the case now.
When I had this issue before if I went in and removed the groups and added them back it worked BUT that completely defeats the purpose of AD groups for authentication.
Any ideas?
