Menu Bar are missing after logout and login back

Hi All,

i want to ask that, my NPM menu bar e.g "My Dashboard , Syslog etc " are missing i after logout and login back to NPM its just a blank / black on that line.
how do i solve this. kindly u guys can help me

Hi,

This can happen for a couple of reasons:

1. Your account permissions have changed since you last logged in. Because it's possible to remove permissions for user menu bars, you may be seeing the effects of this. In this case, log in with an account with administrator access and then go to All Settings > Manage User Accounts and edit the user or group you are using. Scroll until you see the section 'DEFAULT MENU BAR AND VIEWS' and make sure they aren't set to 'None':

And that these all say 'Yes':

2. This can also be an indication that the website is struggling to talk to the services - Check that all the services are up and running by remoting into the Orion Server > Start Menu > Orion Service Manager and make sure everything says "Running" or give the polling engine a reboot too as that may help them come back. :
