report based on description

I am a novice when it comes to report writing, and I have a need for a report based on a folder in the IPAM hierarchy. Every one of our sites has a "Public" folder containing our public IP addresses. I need to grab the subnets listed in each "Public" folder in the entire IPAM hierarchy. Basically, any folder that is listed as "Public", give me the contents (ideally, I would write two reports; one summary that would include just the network and subnet mask, then one detail that would include the individual entries with names and IPs).

Anyone got any idea how to do this? Thanks,

the table you want to check is IPAM_Group

I think you have to add some custom properties for public IP subnets post which it will be easy to extract report as you required.

This is one time activity were you have to put some efforts but will make life easy in future.

This also makes sense but if you want to stick with your idea, check the IPAM_Group. That table contains the Group, Hierarchy Group, subnets, Supernet and even the DHCP and DNS.
