Is it possible to add in pingdom an Alert if site is up, not down

I have a URL that I want to verify that is not being able to be accessed through the public web. Therefore, I want Pingdom to alert only if the site is up. Is it possible?

To be more precise, the normal status code should be 403, and if status code is 200 to alert.
