How to Create a Alert for Route Flapping

Hi All,

All types of network devices we are monitoring in my environment. Every time roues flaps of WAN router in my environment. our network team team finding the huge time for identify the roue flaps. Could you please let me know how to create the alert for routes flaps. Please help me on this situation. is this possible to create alert for route flaps

NPM -2020.2.5 VERSION We are using presently.

Thanks for Update Terryk. As per this previous post belongs to protocol route flapping but we need to route flapping in Internet Routers. Please advise on this one.

Hi Krish,

If the previous post did not help, I wonder if the Internet router could generate a syslog or trap message when the route changes. It may then be possible to trigger an alert based on the trap or syslog message.
