How do I decommission an extra polling engine?

I need to decommission my extra orion polling engine.

Just updated to 2020.2.6 and we don't need the other dedicated polling server.

currently I have all the services stopped on sever02

What is the best method to decomm this polling engine server? de-install SW from Windows "remove programs" (or whatever it's called), or is there a SW program to run instead.

My primary poller still sees it in "Polling engines". But it is in a "down" state.
