I've tried installing both free tools on Windows 10 and getting installation errors. It says to install Microsoft .Net. But when trying to install the latest Microsoft .Net framework it says I already have the newest version. Please assist.
Hey John. I couldn't find any installation requirements for those free tools, but you can try installing .net 3.5 from control panel-programs and features and then the "Turn Windows Features on and off" link on the left. I have Windows 10 64-bit and have .net 3.5 installed and just installed Realtime Bandwidth Monitor without issue.

That worked. It also prompted me to download latest files from windows update. After that it all installed normally. Thank you!
