Hardware polling method failed for one of Physical server

Hi,

We have identified the one physical HP server hardware sensors showing unknown in solariwnds console. we see the last polled message
(Hardware polling failed: Provider load failure Scope: Server root\HPQ ErrorCode: 0x80041013) . even we checked the database it is showing the hardware components showing UP
Could you please provide the suggestion for this one. presently we are using the ILO proliant GEN8

Currently we used the SAM2020.2.5 version.

thank you. we are bale to see the hardware heath in wbemtest correct. Could you please advise on this one.
is it reinstalled the wbemagent in client server end. is this helpful
