Report that shows nodes in warning/critical state limited to specific custom property

Need a report with the datasource filtered by custom property and showing nodes in that custom property that are in a warning or critical state. What I have now shows all nodes in the custom property not just ones in a warning or critical state.

I think your logic needs to go to:

I don't have your particular custom properties, so I can't setup an exact copy for you.

Your builder would be:

Where: (AND)
- At least one (OR)
  - Management Group is "item 1"
  - Management Group is "Item 2"
  - Management Group is "item 3"
- At least one (OR)
  - Status is Critical
  - Status is Warning
