I need to alert for report when the Data Bases backup failed.

Is this for a SW DB product question (it looks like it from the screenshot)? Or is it more just how to get "any" tool to notify you. I use SQL Server and you can set it up to send you an alert email when the backups fail via notifications in the SSMS. I don't have any of the SW DB tools - sorry
Oh is a bad news, I thought in Solarwinds possible there is an alert for implement when the backup naitive in data bases failed

Moving to the Server & Application Monitor forum (since this is from the AppInsight for SQL template) for better visibility.
Someone might chime in with a better solution but this is one way to do it.
You should be able to do this pretty easily by creating a new alert with the following trigger conditions:
[View:/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/19/SQL_5F00_Backup_5F00_Jobs_5F00_Failed.TriggerCondition.xml:76:133]
You should be able to import these trigger conditions and customize to your needs.
Also works. The original request was just for backups, so that's how I built my alert logic.
