Report for Port Channel Members

I am looking to find the member interfaces of port channels.
Has anyone been able to do this?
If not, any suggestions on a how I might go about doing this?

Something like 
Device Name  -  Port Channel  -  Channel Members
SwCore1              PC 100              e 1/2
                                                      e 2/2

SwDistro              PC 100             e 1/1
                                                     e 2/2

Any suggestions would be very helpful.

I'm not sure you can do this directly within a report.

The approach I'd take is to create a job and build a CLI script for extracting this direct from the end devices. For example on Cisco Nexus devices you'd use: show port-channel summary which should list out you members.

You can then build a report based around the ports identified if that's what you want to do.
