data Domain with DDOS version 7.1 or higher not getting monitor in SRM

Hi ,

We are trying to monitor EMC data domain DDOS 7.1 via SRM 2020.2.5 .We are observing SNMP communication is getting failed frequently.

Can someone put highlights on it.
