It's empty. Is that the underlying issue?
I'll scrub the current setup and recreate using the list, now that it populates.

totally, that interface must be listed, check if you can bring the interface with the mac, or the ID. not with the name, and also check if there is not empty space.
and to add to what @osvict said - when you type in names of any sort, SolarWinds should start to suggest options. If they aren't populating then either it has only just been added or the name is wrong.
