pingdom website speed test

Hi Guys,

I am testing my websites load speed on pingdom speed test and all my websites performance grade as D.

This looks a bit odd to me but I was advised by support guys that if its D its fine, but my worry is even just a website with one page and one picture it grades as D.

Anyone who may have had the same issue before?
