Hello,I wanted to setup SSL encryption between the ARM client and ARM server as described in this link https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/How-to-enable-SSL-encryption-between-ARM-thin-client-and-ARM-server. But I wasn't successful. If enabled I can't connect to the ARM server anymore. Do I need to setup anything else to get it working?

Hi Allmecht,
i assume you have enabled SSL in the client before trying to connect to the server and the port is open?
If so you can check the following logs to maybe find more details:
(log directory: %programdata%/protected-networks.com/8MAN/log)
app8man*.log / appConfig*.log -> log of the client interface
armServer.log for anything serverside.
Do you see errors there?
Also are you using a custom certificate or default?
