We seem to have a problem with our Windows agents losing the Orion Server IP/hostname address from time to time. They wind up either pointing to ::1 or, in some cases, pointing to a poller different from what Orion has listed. The unfortunate result in either case is the agent reporting as "unknown" and us losing data. We see it most often with upgrades or when we have an HA event.
The fix we've been using is to login to the server and manually update the connection info in the agent control panel to point them back to the primary poller. Unfortunately, this is labor intensive and I usually have dozens or hundreds to do at a time. Does anyone know if there is a command or API call we can run to reset the connection info?
