I have one user machine (windows 7/64 bit) on the network that when I connect to it it turns the screen black and there is no mouse/keyboard control. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Can we get some more details? What are you using to connect? How do you have it configured? Why do you believe the observed behaviors are not appropriate?
