How to Limit Scope of Auditing Event Alert to Specific Node Custom Property

Current Orion setup supports two business units. My unit has a custom property defined and set against our nodes. I am trying to create an auditing alert to fire when any Orion.Node* values are matched, but only where custom property value == my business unit (basically, exclude the other units changes in our alert.

When I choose "Auditing Event" as the trigger type I can't constrain against the node custom property. Is there a workaround?
