Missing menu option

Hello All,

I'm running 2021.2.1 and trying to configure directory service groups. I'm following the 2021.2.1 admin guide and on page 210 the guide has steps to accomplish this as shown in Figure 1. My issue is that I don't have the "Configure" menu option available on my UI, see Figure 2. What gives? I should add that I'm using the HTLM5 menu (/webui) and not the "SEM Console" flash UI (/lem). Any insight is appreciated. Cheers.

From your instance screenshot it does not look like you are on the current version as you do not have live events as well what does it say on the footer of your web console?

You're either not actually using SEM 2020.2.1 or your web browser has the old HTML5 WebUI cached.

Try clearing your browser's cache or doing something like Ctrl-F5 and see if you get the configure menu.

If that doesn't help open a support ticket.
