IIS Reset from High CPU

I've been able to Restart the W3SVC Service (essentially Resetting IIS) using the "Execute An External Program" action in another Alert however I want to do the same where if a CPU was at 100% for 10 minutes on a Web Server that IIS would get reset.

I have the Trigger set for CPU equal to 100% for 10 minutes

In the Trigger Actions I have the following

I'm thinking I need to tweak the variable that I have listed for it to point specifically to the Windows Service Mointitor for W3SVC Service!? I think the variable listed picks up the Node that's being alerted then the Component

APM\APMServiceControl.exe ${N=SwisEntity;M=ComponentAlert.ComponentID} -c=RESTART

My only other thought is to have this point to iisreset.exe and put that in the APM Folder? Any thoughts, feedback or suggestions would be awesome and greatly appreciated!!
