I have recently added a Cisco RV340 to SolarWinds NPM. However, I am seeing some strange results when attempting to add the interfaces using List Resources.
Each time that I select List Resources for the device I am prompted to Force Refresh, all good so far. After the list of interfaces are refreshed I see a differing amount of interfaces each time. If I try using the MIB Browser similar occurs where I will see different amount of interfaces on each refresh. Also the CPU and Memory will not display despite being selected for monitoring.
For the three interfaces that I have been able to add, WAN_PORT1, LAN2 and LAN4, I still don't see any traffic information being recorded.
I have also compared with another RV340 that is already added to NPM but this device is not showing any interfaces, CPU or memory, this device is an older firmware so suspect that this maybe an issue.
Anyone else successfully monitoring an Cisco RV340 or ever come across a similar issue with another device and have any ideas how to resolve.
