Need to monitor SQL agent jobs, services and Event ID

Hi,

There is a requirement of monitoring following parameters on SQL servers:

1 : Agent jobs failing

2: Agent services - MSSQLSERVER

3: EVENT ID 9002 & 1105.

Applying Appinsight for SQL would consume too many licenses.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
