Need information on how the above products work and poll:
Sampling rates - Want to find the best balance between sampling regularly enough that we don't miss periods where system might be struggling, but also don't sample so often that the sampling itself is burdening the system.
1. What are best practise for sampling.
2. Do SolarWinds have a recommended sampling rate that gives timely monitoring without burden to system resources?
3. Validate metrics presented by PerfStack, there seems to be confusion over what the metrics actually mean. Are they point in time samples? In PerfStack they are called ‘averages' but averages of what?
