@fmunoz This is typically a result of either an Account Limitation or a View Limitation being present on the dashboard created. Also if your map does not contain a "Managed Entity" - it will have the same effect. Some users have created a background and then expected to see this as a map, however at least one managed entity will need to be present for it to be presented on a dashboard.

question, can I use the Atlas network, my orion version is 2020.2.5

So when you edit the page details, what does it show as far as limitations for that page? Did you refresh the page? Do you see this issue in another browser?

Atlas is still available and has not been removed.
