It has been awhile since I have used SWQL studio to connect to Solarwinds and I can't get connected at all. Can someone link me to the guide to set this up at all? This is one of the errors I get. Thanks!
@martian_monster what kind of creds are you using?
I am using my domain admin account that I use to do things in Orion. I bet that is the incorrect account lol
@martian_monstercan you show a screenshot of the connection screen?really should just need to put in the hostname and then your creds like you would in the web console and it usually connects. typically that error is something I see when you're using SAML for web auth, cause SWQL doesnt support SAML auth as far as I know
It has been probably over a year since I have tried to connect. I get these options to login as -
I worked with Christopher and he was able to get me in but I had to use the Solarwinds local account to get into SWQL studio. Not sure why it is not accepting my domain login. I had an issue like this years ago with Network Atlas so not sure if they are related. Thanks! -Dave
