Possible to generate Alert when Orions local built in admin account is used?

Hello Everyone, Possible to generate Alert when Orions local built in admin account is used? Out latest audit has them requesting we generate an alert when the local orion admin account is logged in with. I searched and searched on here but admin generates lots of hits and I couldnt find what I was looking for. For clarity this is not a windows local admin account but the one built into the orion platform

I found this but it is just auditing and I dont see how to generate an email alert with this.

It is possible to create an alert based upon Auditing Events. This alert definition can be imported through "manage alerts" has the trigger condition you need, or create a new alert like this
