setting up alerts for VPN down for Cisco ASA firewalls

Hi all

Im new to solarwinds and was wondering if there is a way to monitor and set up an alert for when a VPN goes down. I know VPN's are torn down when there is no interesting traffic going through but i was wondering if anyone has set it up so that you get an alert if the VPN has been down for like 5 mins or so.

Any help would be appreciated.

You follow this doc shared Set up monitoring Cisco ASA firewalls in NPM (solarwinds.com)

Solarwind already has VPN FW alert profile provided by default. So once CLI polling is enabled you can do a live test from the profile on that node
