Hi there, depending on the product and the use case, we do have webhooks (https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/pingdom/content/topics/webhooks-or-slack-integration.htm) for integration into other products. Just to make sure when you say SolarWinds in this case are you referring only to Pingdom or other products as well? Alerting behaviors can differ.
