Process not found in application Cisco Unity Connection Critical Services (Process Monitor - Cisco Certificate Expiry Monitor)

In the application (Cisco Unity Connection Critical Services) for a node a process is not found (Process Monitor - Cisco Certificate Expiry Monitor). 

However are networks team have found this process to be running and found on the node in question. The process/system name being the following: certM

However Orion is not picking this up and instead showing 'Process not found'
