Does anyone have the Ops Genie OEC working for Solarwinds?
Trying to get version 1.1.3 working.
Solarwinds does a POST action to Ops Genie when alert is triggered.
Trying to use the OEC to send the Ops Genie acknowledgement back to Solarwinds to mark the alert as Acknowledged
The OEC seems to be setup correctly and the python script it uses to send the acknowledgement to Solarwinds reports success, but the alert is not acknowledged in Solarwinds.
Created a local Orion account for the OEC to use and verified it can log into Solarwinds and acknowledge alerts. Removed the Use Windows Authentication from Orion websettings as it caused issues for the OEC to log in (tried to log in as windows account with a local Orion account)
