Getting error when test ncm on device

Hi Team ,

I am getting error on solarwinds when we trying to download Ncm backup and test crendential on solarwinds.when when login on device via putty crendential is working.also checked tcp port is open on device.the device is checkpoint firewall like web,svc firewall(security firewall). I have done many thing also create cli device template for it but not working .can anyone suggest me what i can do?
