Citrix Sessions: Invalid Class

We have loads of servers that are on the same Domain that are monitoring CITRIX SESSIONS, but not connecting.

All the servers are passing WMI testing but about 20 of them are not able to monitor Citrix Sessions. It just shows unknown and that its an invalid class Any thoughts?

How can some monitors not work but not others?

You need to rebuild the performance counters on the effected boxes

To rebuild performance counters:

All steps need to be performed as

Set "Disable Performance Counters" to 0 (see step above)
Rebuild all performance counters
- %windir%\system32\lodctr /R
- %windir%\sysWOW64\lodctr /R
Resync the counters with Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI):
%windir%\system32\wbem\winmgmt.exe /resyncperf
Stop and restart the Performance Logs and Alerts service.
1. net stop pla
2. net start pla
Stop and restart the Windows Management Instrumentation service.
1. net stop winmgmt
2. net start winmgmt
