I want to generate and e-mail a report whenever a config is changed by a certain account that we use only for config changes. I have a periodical config change report job set up in NCM but that can only be scheduled and not in response to a change. We are using Cisco switches so the user who changed it last is always in the top few lines and I was wondering if there was a way to have NCM send an e-mail whenever that specific user changes a switch configuration.
