List Resources not working

Hi Thwackers,

Recently added couple of new additional pollers to balance the node.

List resources is not working for the nodes moved to new additional pollers. For the same node, it working in old polling engine. 

Rediscover and polled the node, post also list resources not working. Kindly share comments/suggestions to check/proceed further.

I would check to make sure the nodes are accessible from the new polling engine using the polling method used by that node (e.g. SNMP/WMI). 

Things like:

• Is all polling broken to the node or only List Resources? Do you continue to get CPU/memory/interface/etc data?
• Do you have a firewall in place blocking SNMP traffic? Or WMI?
• Do your devices have an ACL that only allow the original polling engine IP address to communicate with SNMP?
• If using SNMP, confirm you can do an SNMP walk from the new polling engine
• If using WMI, run 'wbemtest' on the new polling engine and try and connect to the Windows server
