NPM User Access to Device Groups

I am new to NPM and we have a shared device between two groups of users for various purpose.

In doing so, we would like to limit the devices that each group has access to in NPM. EX: one group of users only needs access to the networking devices (switches, routers) the other group is servers only (Windows, Linux, etc)

Is it possible to do so?
