Need SW tool for monitoring internet bandwidth consumption for VLANs

I have a Cisco 3650 Layer 3 Core Switch with several VLANs. All Vlans have their SVIs and default gateways on the Core switch. 

Will NPM be able to monitor the specific internet bandwidth Consumption/utilization for each VLANs on the Core Switch? or is it on the FW ? and how?

I do not have control of the firewall, What are my other options?
