I want to have multipy alerts for example i monitor SQL Server on 10 VM hosts and want to setup a alert that will show the server name in subject line. I have 6 SQL alerts on the dashboard some have two servers others have one and one has 5 does anyo

If you want to create an alert on the SQL application/template that you have deployed use Application alert.

If you want to create it for each and every component within the application use a Component alert. This would be pretty simple , just go through the alerting concept on Admin guide.

If you are talking about node down , modify your existing alert and add insert Node Name variable on the subject of the alert if its an email. Do you have any existing alerts or it is a new one that you want to create. If yes for what Node down, Component or Application?

I did get it working with the variables works great now shows the service down right in the subject line now thanks for the your suggestion
