Can custom views and new dashboards be exported?

I am assuming that this has been answered before but I am having a problem finding the answer.  Is it possible to Export and Import custom views/dashboards from one SolarWinds Instance to another SolarWinds instance?  I am in the process of creating a new SolarWinds instance to replace our current instance and what to migrate the looks that we have created from the old instance into our new instance.
