Why wriless Controller access point down and went unknown State.

Hi,

We are monitoring the wireless controller in console and under access point also available. how to added access points under controller.
is this access points down monitored with SNMP ?

Could you please explain the How to work the " Thin AP down " out of box alert is working. Could you please share the links or any documentation for these wirless acess points.

Yes, we are monitoring the Cisco Access points. Could you explain the how to work the Wirless controller in Solarwinds.

Add the controller as per any other node. Then when looking at the controller you should see all the thin ap's that are attached. Then enable the out-of-the-box alert for Thin AP down. You will now get an alert if an AP goes down. The access points are not monitored individually.
