From SQL express to sql server

When I installed my versions of NPM 10.7, NCM 7.2.2, NTA 4.0.2, I used the default local SQL express for the install. Now that I have purchased these products I would like to use our database server.

Is it possible to move my databases from the local express edition to our SQL server

How do I do this?
