SLA/availability report for L3 VPNs

Dear Thwack team,

I want to make an SLA./Availability report for L3 VPNs. L3 VPNs are added as an virtual interface on Core Routers so interface availability always remain 100 percent. Secondly I cannot add the private IPs of customer end since they are configured using VRFs.

Any work around that can work for making such a report. Thanks in advance.
