Network device Machine type model is not showing in node details and Config

Hi All,

we have one network device mode details not showing in machine type. please find the below screen shot. NCM and everything is working fine but unable to see the model name in Config also.

Can you please advise on this one. we are having only one network device is issue.

Showing Machine Type = 'cisco'

I can't see the screen shot but can you do a successful NCM inventory scan on this?
