Under Node Details, the SSH button brings up a new window but does not seem to work

Rebuilding Solarwinds. Before December, I was able to click on the SSH button on the Node Details page and a new window would pop up. Put in username and password and get on the Cisco switch. Today, that is not working. The new window comes up and I can put in username and password, but nothing happens after that.

I am now forced to use a Linux client and Firefox verse using a Windows client and Chrome back in December. Not sure if that matters or not.
