We are often in need of unmanaging (either by incident or scheduled) an assigned component within an application - currently one way is to unmanage the whole application, loosing statistics from components that were not in need of being unmanaged..
Another way is to stop APM polling the corresponding component, by editing settings for the component and select "no" in "Enable Component" but this does not give the ability to schedule unmanage of an assigned component.
