Digital Code-Signing Certificate Update for SolarWinds

Question

Hi, I'm hoping someone can assist me this evening.

I’m currently running the installer now to upgrade the following products for the Digital Code-Signing Certificate Update:

Web Toolset Installed: 2020.2.1
 Upgrade to: 2020.2.4

Server & Application Monitor
 Installed: 2020.2.1 HF 1
 Upgrade to: 2020.2.4

NetFlow Traffic Analyzer
 Installed: 2020.2.1 HF 2
 Upgrade to: 2020.2.4

Network Performance Monitor
 Installed: 2020.2.1
 Upgrade to: 2020.2.4

Network Configuration Manager
 Installed: 2020.2.1 HF 2
 Upgrade to: 2020.2.4

The Installer is stuck on the Web Toolset for 1 hour, so I restarted the installer.  All the other products showed as installed when rerunning the installer and I couldn’t deselect the Web Toolset so I continued.  The install is now stuck again on Web Toolset for 30mins or so.  I’ve read in Thwack some full installations took 3 hours, is this possible?

Good deal!   My brother Steve, the hardest to learn is patience.   I was getting ready to respond to tell you to walk away for a little while.  So glad to hear the everything worked out!  Good job!

This got done, took 3hrs 30mins to fully complete installer.
